COMPLEX RECONSTRUCTION OF SQUARE OF SOVEREIGNTY IN VINNICA (2008)

annotation: The primary goal of the project became filling the break in a historical city fabric of the center, reduction of the square scale to historically developed town-planning scale, visual levelling of modernist volume of administration building, increasing of the place social attraction and intensification of valuable city territory use.
The main composite dominant of this part of city instead of administration building volume becomes established behind it building-tower of public-business purpose which is located on the axis of Sobornaya street from the old part city entrance from bridge side, and is turned to the Yudgnui Bug river by an extended facade.
