annotation: The projected complex is included into the program of Vinnitsa city reconstruction and its transformation into the cultural capital. Settling down in a picturesque bend of Yushnyi Bug river, the construction is smoothly dissolved in the environmental park. The structure includes:  trading - entertaining complex with the children center, multilayer parking and aqua-park. The volume of the aqua-park is carried out from casement and guy constructions giving easy and alive silhouette.
