Annotation: The site is located in spacious Don rivers bottom-land and adjoins to the 1 order of the settlement. The longitudinal arrangement of the territory dictated creation of several "lines" of building by farness from the river. Sites on the 1 line directly go out on the comfortable quay of the river, between the 2 and the 3 lines the central parkway of settlement settles down. In the western part of settlement creation of artificial marine with going out on a yacht-club is supposed. The basic architectural feature of apartment houses was creation of the "shell" protecting from extraneous sights of neighbors and, at the same time, opening the house aside the river. Townhouse decision feature became the creation of longitudinal slopes uniting separate apartments in uniform buildings.
