annotation: Project forms a new resort zone in one of picturesque places of northern Caucasus - the city of Pyatigorsk, by the right named "natural museum of mineral waters". The area around of lake Novopjatigorsk is formed by two wings of galleries which set the basic directions of movement and separate "noisy" and "silent" zones. In a "noisy" zone the hotel on 126 numbers, an aqua-park with a night club and restaurant, a sports complex and park of attractions are situated. In a "silent" zone the sanatorium on 280 numbers with separate cottages for family rest, the spa-center and restaurant on water, and also a field for a mini-golf is placed. On the central square of all complex the cultural center surrounded by an artefactual reservoir, turning on the other side in summer concert platform is located. There are walking galleries from the square with numerous shops and cafe, which top level is connected by bridges with foot quay along the lake.
