annotation: At the first stage the general plan of all "technopark" territory, original "silicone valleys" situated near Moscow was developed. Then the attention was concentrated on a pilot inhabited building which should set an image of new city and would suggest new typology of habitation for Moscow suburbs.
As all 5 first-order quarters were settled down along road, it was decided to create protective "armor" of an external facade from black enameled brick, and to solve internal quarters spaces in various surface finish materials. Also the building of school, kindergarten and symbolical object “Hairy tower» was planned at the first stage.
