annotation: «The Baltic forum» - new model of the theater - the multifunctional city center, center of cultural life of region. The environment of a theatrical building is a huge amphitheater, the townspeople's hall inverted on the theatrical square and the Nidgnui pond. By authors plan life should boil all day and night in this place due to the inclusion in the program of cafe, restaurants and the exhibition spaces leaving to the covered planted trees and shrubs theater square. Emerald stained-glass window of a theater building and under tribune spaces, as if the huge wave raise from a pond, injects Baltic breath enclosed in a Gothic covering lattice in the city center.
