anotation: The designing building is planned to place in Southeast administrative district of Moscow on the Volgogradsky prospectus. The site is located between Tekstileshiki and the Volgogradsky prospect underground stations . The site stretches along the prospectus, and limited by Volgogradsky prospectus on the one hand and open lines of underground on another. Nowadays planned building area is free from constructions, site relie is easy with a minimum quantity of green plantings.
The building are crossings of two volumes. The laconic geometrical volume consisting from technical zones of car-care center which smoothly passes in a broker line forms glass volume of a show – room zone. There is broker line abstractly reminding a trade mark "MAZDA" and forming dynamics of the extended facade on the all length of the main facade. Two underground levels of parking places are projected in the building.
