аннотация: Initial situation - the picturesque valley in a bend of the Moskva River, filled with a sense of freedom and space, inspired us to place the image of a seagull, spreading its wings to soar into the air. Free plastic form emphasizes a feeling of lightness and flight. Several sheds and pergolas form covered space, linking the interior with the surrounding landscape.
In the east wing of the building on the 1st floor is a sports complex with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness center, spa area and cafe. 2nd floor has a children's club with game room. The west wing houses beauty salon and administrative facilities.
