annotation: The art-nouveau inner courtyard-well of this old building (arch.Meisner,1905-1907) is closed off with a cone shaped glassed cupola. The new circular plan reflects in the atrium-"city square" with granite  paving stones and glass elevators. A closed terrace with a view  of the Kremlin is located on the flat roof.
